"We stayed in a beautiful, recently renovated room on the fourth floor, exactly as shown in the photos on Booking. Although the building didn’t have an elevator, the comfort and aesthetic of the space made it totally worth it. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Le Marais — one of the most charming and lively areas in Paris. It was incredibly convenient, with République station and three other metro stations just a short walk away. We never had to walk more than 7 minutes to reach a station that could take us anywhere in the city. A perfect choice for anyone looking to combine comfort, style, and a central location!"

"Location: Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the main city attractions, either within walking distance or a short trip by metro. There are a couple of nice bakeries and a few small supermarkets nearby. The apartment is well-maintained and clean (images on booking.com provide an accurate picture of the property), with comfortable beds. The kitchen, although very small, is well-equipped."

"The apartment is on the ground floor (as outlined on booking.com) with windows facing the inner court, through which lies a path for residents to access another section of the building. Also, next door is the garbage collection room. The building is fairly old (although reasonably well-maintained) and lacks soundproofing, so it can be very noisy. The property requires a security deposit of 1000 euros (per T&C listed on booking.com). To arrange this, you need to register and provide your personal details and credit card information on a website we weren't familiar/100% comfortable with."

"cet appartement est quasiment neuf Il est idéal pour des adultes immeuble calme . logement retiré de la rue principal. metro et bus proche. Quartier commerçants.tout est a porté de main. (Manque un peu de vaisselle, torchon.porte sdb défaillante) Communication facile avec l organisme qui gère le logement. Rapport,qualité prix très bon pour moi. On a passé un très bon séjour. Merci"
